The mould tools are made in our own toolroom equipped with CNC equipment and CAD/CAM, ranging from aluminium prototype to fully hardened mass production moulds. The mouldings are produced on modern microprocessor moulding machines up to 80 ton, producing components from 1grm (or less) to 120grms. We now have the in-house facilities to produce rapid prototype models in 2-3 days.
